Sweetcorn Seeds - Earligold F1
Sweetcorn 'Earligold' F1 produces excellent quality large cobs with juicy big kernels. It is a tough old variety that produces substantial plants and as it matures early (from August onwards) it is a good variety for difficult seasons.

It is a 'normal sugar' type sweetcorn - the old fashioned type that lose their sweetness quickly but as the home-grower can harvest from plot to plate in minutes they will lose none of the creamy corn texture that the 'super sweet' types just don't have. You are not likely to see this variety in the shops because they prefer the 'super sweets' that have a longer shelf-life.

Do not grow near 'super sweets types' as they can cross-pollinate and the 'super sweets' lose their flavour & quality. Allow at least 8m or more between 'supersweets' & other sweetcorn types.

Approx 40 seeds per pack.
