Shallot 'Matador' F1 AGM Seeds
Shallots 'Matador' F1 AGM have a subtle sweet onion flavour and are very easy to grow. The shallots are 5cm round with reddish brown skins and the flesh is red tinged. They are bolt resistant and have excellent storage qualities.

Each seed produces one full bulb occasionally the bulb will split into 2 smaller shallots. It tastes great raw or develops a sweet flavour when slow cooked in stews.

Supermarket bought shallots tend to be expensive to buy so growing your own shallots is relatively easy, cheap & rewarding.

Approx 100 seeds per pack.
